1) Make sure the monitor is plugged in and the outlets are receiving power. (You can test the wall outlet with another known working device, like a phone charger)
2) Please ensure that the Minix PC (black box with wifi antenna, usually found under the touch screen) is plugged in and powered on. The power button is on the edge next to the usb ports.
3) Unplug the hdmi cord from the Minix PC and the monitor and plug back in.
